GE Aerospace offers world-renowned training and challenging assignments to provide the necessary foundation for officers leaving the military and looking to start their first civilian role.
The Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a unique opportunity to work in three different functions, in eight-month rotations with us. Qualified, exceptional candidates are selected to start their civilian careers in this two-year, cross-functional, rotational training program, which includes both on-the-job and formal classroom training.

Remember, while we are transitioning systems you are only completing an expression of interest form that allows our team to capture all your data for review. Our talent acquisition teams will still be connecting with candidates during the month of December, but you will need to apply to a specific job requisition after 1/2/2025 when are systems have fully transitioned.
