JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
JCAM is currently recruiting Maintenance Planner to be based in Madrid (MAD), Spain.

Reporting to the Madrid Hangar Manger, the Document Controller will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft Check Packs.
- Distribution of Check Packs to the relevant maintenance teams.
- Ensuring that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in aircraft records.
- Collating all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctly.
- Following up on incomplete / missing paperwork.
- Any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous Doc Control experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Aircraft experience / knowledge is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills is essential.
- Strong communication (written & oral).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
