Role- Associate - Distribution & Sales Support
Job Location- Gurgaon Head Office
Department- Sales & Distribution
Job Purpose -
Accountable for handling the daily operations of the sales support & Distribution function. responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks related to the sale of airline tickets, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities -
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and updating customer databases
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing customer complaints, and providing information on airline products and services
- Assist in the promotion and sale of airline tickets to meet departmental sales goals
- Communicate with travel agents, corporate clients, and other customers to provide information and assistance in booking airline tickets
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate sales team member as needed
- Monitor airline ticket sales trends and provide feedback to the sales team on market conditions and opportunities for growth
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for potential customers
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure effective sales strategies and processes
- Ensure that any escalations from agencies, sales and distribution, corporate and internal departments are attended to and resolved as per SOP
- Coordinate closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that the sales support team is aligned with the overall goals and objectives

Educational and Experience Requirements-
- Minimum 1+ Yr. of experience in distribution
- Hands on knowledge of Sales, Sales Support
- Aviation experience will be preferred
- Graduation in any stream
