- Define the Project charter, establish operating rhythms and overall program structure
- Establish and enforce project governance mechanisms around decision making and escalation
- Lead the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules for large and extra large projects involving multiple workstreams
- Establish mechanisms for Risk and Issue Management
- Provide status reporting to all levels of leadership including company Senior Leadership Team
- Lead through all stages of the system development life cycle for highly complex, integrated HRIS projects (Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance)
- Maintain a focus on the project’s stated business case and provide mechanisms for the capture of Benefits Realization during and after the implementation of deliverables
- Facilitate gap analysis exercises of current state vs. future state capabilities
- Lead the implementation of complex operational solutions in Workday and other HRIS systems. ?
