YOUR TASKS
Working Location: DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap Kok
Reporting to Project Manager, Program Delivery, you will be responsible to provide application support to DHL CAH and to ensure the high availability of these services with minimal disruption to business continuity. You will also support for system trouble shooting and incident management.
You will also be responsible for application development and support for digitalization initiatives to improve process efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide technical support for local business applications and liaise with the IT data center counterpart for global DHL application support, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Support the design, development and implementation of local systems and digitalization initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends andtechnological advancements to suggest improvements and optimize system performance.
Technical Expertise In:
- Proficiency in programming C#, .NET Razor (MVC), and MSSQL, with hands-on experience in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
- Good knowledge of operation systems, desktop systems, application environment and latest web technologies.
- Experience with MS Power Platform (will be an advantage)
- Knowledge in the latest technology trend such as robotic process automation, mobile application programming, etc (will be an advantage).
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and supporting applications, preferably in logistics industry or multinational companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
