Job Purpose职位目的:
Provide technical support on parts identification & verification, and compile maintenance spare parts list according to maintenance manual for MTU products. Maintain Material Master and Parts Supersession in SAP.
Key Accountabilities主要职责:
- As MCC Coordinator create a workflow in MS5 for new material creation.
- Maintain correct parts supersession in MS5 in line with global information
- Maintain and update BOM for parts and tools in SAP
- Support sales and service team to propose parts list as per MTU maintenance schedule
- Handle parts identification & verification as per customer enquiry
- Provide technical support as and when necessary, e.g. for customs declaration, import issues, etc
- Provide technical support to Warehouse regarding return parts from customers and usability of stored parts; make investigation report when needed
- Evaluate parts warranty claims and work with relevant parties to improve quality; maintain record of claims and its status; raise claim in TOGA
- Liaise with Buying Plants (SSG/SFN) for parts verification and update records in SAP
- Optimize processes and develop / maintain KPI
- Any other assignment from time-to-time
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and is a good team player
