Principal Responsibiltes and Authorities:
•Directly accountable for the safe , complaint and efficient planning and scheduling of customer engine maintenance demands.
•Formulate and cascade daily, weekly and yearly induction / delivery plans and consistently analyze the demand and capacity requirement.
•Manage schedule of appropriate task cards for all shop visit activities related to Engine , module , component level maintenance.
•Partner the ownership of daily management Level 2/3 SQDCPI for shop product line planning in accordance with OEM QR/QC principles.
•Balancing priorities on customer induction and deliveries in collaboration with global business S&OP targets.
•Responsible for efficient allocation of appropriately skilled resources based on Gate management strategies.
•Deployment of shift operation considers human factor principles and fatigue management in compliance to regulatory requirement.
•Managing excellent relationship with internal/external customers and other OEM stake holders for meeting the planned shop output.
•Liaising with OEM departments (Operations, Materials, Engineering, Quality, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient execution of workscope TATs.
•Responsible for setting individual PDR objectives and performance management of the planning department staff , including coaching and development.
•Responsible for monitoring the TAT milestones and activate on-time problem solving in close liaison with peer functional leaders.
•Maintain accurate gate tracker status and disseminate the status to all relevant internal / external stake holders
•Identify areas where digital planning tools may improve processes and execute their implementation.
•Partner with the organization's staff members to drive accountability for achieving KPI targets and other business metrics.
Skills and Qualification:-
•Bachelor's engineering degree from an accredited university or Held ICAO type II license.
•10+ years of engine Part 145 MRO operation and/or hands on production planning experience.
•Minimum 5 Years of Team Leadership Experience
•Subject matter Experience in MRO planning principles
•Experience in SAP ERP and Technical publications
•Proven Customer TAT delivery cadence
•Demonstrated experience in complex problem solving and understanding of Lean tools
•Excellent human skills (Effective Communication, Multi stake holder collaboration)
