Responsibilities - your mission:

Position Summary:
Compliance Officer (Business improver) position to support POYC team (Control Supplier) and entire Procurement Operations organization with compliance check related activities and risks analysis.
Essential Functions:
● Contribute to Control Supplier procedural documentation maintenance (document update, Means of Compliance review and update when necessary) and Process Performance Indicators creation and maintenance
● Contribute to SCQM Support activity and propose improvements
● Contribute to knowledge management by proposing new items to be added to existing FAQ or Chatbot
● Preparation of awareness/training support contents
● Daily support to Operations (Internal requestors, Captains in Plant and FAL) with regards to management of A/C related subcontracted activities
Additional Responsibilities:
● Support Control Supplier Process Owner in identifying and mitigating risks associated to Supplier Surveillance and Compliance
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
● Digital background
● Past experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement, including Process management aspect
● Knowledge of Part21G and/or EN9100 desirable
● Communication and Change management skills
● Ability to write emails in English and French, to communicate on the phone or via emails with suppliers and Airbus employees
● Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
● Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
● A degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
● Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations
● Ability to work in a multicultural environment
● Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
● Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work
