Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission:
Support workforce/workload planning for our three departments, aligning tasks with departmental needs.
Organize financial tasks and allocate resources effectively across the department.
Maintain and optimize our financial infrastructure (e.g., folder structure, G-Site, SQCDP-Board, Dashboards) to support workload management.
Create financial reports, statistics, and graphs, and communicate the financial status to stakeholders.
Document methodologies and develop guidelines to streamline workforce allocation processes.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., controlling, VSM, project managers) to ensure effective resource utilization.
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for departmental operations.
Provide support for Supply Chain Management activities.
Continuously enhance governance, infrastructure, and operational processes.
Ensure accurate time booking execution for all department employees.
Contribute to financial strategy discussions, advocating for effective workforce/workload planning.
General financial planning oversight for the department.
Prepare Statements of Work, for central organization, plants, development quality
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting within a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to departmental goals.
Experience in workforce/workload planning or resource management is a plus.
