Mission
Rattaché(e) au Manager du Service Passage et toute son équipe, vous aurez pour principale mission, après formation interne de :
- Accueillir et gérer les passagers en offrant le plus haut niveau de qualité conformément aux procédures de nos compagnies clientes et par le biais de formations reçues en interne ;
- Fournir de manière constante un excellent service client tout en respectant les règles de santé, sûreté et sécurité ;
- Effectuer le rapprochement identitaire entre le passager et sa réservation/billet, Suivre les procédures d'acceptation du transport des marchandises dangereuses ;
- Assurer un reporting des incidents et des anomalies. Promouvoir activement le groupe Menzies Aviation aux clients internes et externes et mener à bien toutes les activités liées à l'assistance en escale selon les standards de la société.
- Vos atouts : souriant, disponible, assidu, vous aimez le contact client
- Les DCS souhaités Altea, ERES, GoNow
- Formations DGR9,11.2.6.2,11.2.3.8 fortement appréciés
- Vous avez un Casier judiciaire vierge, une forte disponibilité (travail 7 jours sur 7, horaires tournants et décalés).
CDD ou contrat de professionnalisation de février 2025 jusqu'au 5 octobre 2025 - 30h/semaine.

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre communication et avez à cœur de veiller à la satisfaction de nos clients et de leurs passagers.
- Compétences professionnelles : esprit d'équipe, gestion du stress,
- Maîtrise langues étrangères : anglais obligatoire et autres langues vivement appréciées. Connaissances informatiques, capacité relationnelle et d'adaptation, dynamisme, ponctualité, sens des responsabilités.
