Position Title: Financial Planning Specialist
Experience: 6 - 11 Years

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Position Objective
Responsible for overseeing financial controlling of the legal entity, providing financial analysis and performance metrics to support decision-making. Collaborate with management to recommend improvements, ensure compliance with financial processes, and enhance overall financial performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Financial Oversight
- Assist the CFO in managing the entity's economic performance and key financial decisions.
- Coordinate planning and budgeting with local and group stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Develop and maintain financial performance indicators and provide periodic analysis to stakeholders.
- Perform financial analysis to support operational teams in decision-making impacting economic performance.
- Training and Process Alignment
- Design and implement tools and procedures to support operational startups, ensuring adherence to company financial rules.
- Conduct refresher sessions and develop a training index for continuous improvement in financial processes.
- System Support and Process Improvement
- Oversee SAP deployment, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
- Contribute to process enhancement through data analytics and automation strategies.
- Cost Control and Efficiency
- Establish and manage costing systems, including cost control measures, variance analysis, and productivity tracking.
- Provide insights into expenses, inventory management, and cost trends to optimize financial outcomes.
- Asset and Resource Management
- Manage budgeting and lifecycle tracking of fixed assets to align with financial strategies.
- Compliance and Audit
- Support internal control measures and external audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Finance departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of financial strategies and reporting.

Minimum Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CMA certification or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Requirement
- 6+ years of experience in financial controlling within a manufacturing or operational environment.
- SAP CO/MM module experience is highly desirable.
