Job Overview And Responsibilities
This role is responsible for providing financial oversight across the Hubs, ensuring that all financial operations, including planning, analysis, reporting, and account management, are in line with the company’s established standards. The role requires the regular preparation of financial reports and the ability to conduct on-the-spot analysis to bolster the financial functions of the Business Office. Strategic insight is crucial for leading initiatives aimed at developing new tools to enhance process efficiency. The role also includes guiding and mentoring a team, promoting their professional development and overseeing their performance
- Development and delivery of financial analyses, and provision of accurate financial supporting to the Hubs Finance office
- Demonstrates ability to adapt analytic approach to changes in the Station strategy or department goals
- Manage strategic projects by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized process to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with various leaders to ensure support meets the needs of the Hubs Business Office
- Management of direct reports/dotted line reports, comms, reviews, Knowledge Skills and Abilities Sharing/Development, coaching, etc.
NOTE: This position is based at the ASC (Arlington Service Center) in Arlington Heights, IL and considered as a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of finance/accounting experience
- 2+ years of experience in Airport Operations
- 1+ years of experience in AO Business Office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi
- Track record of outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record to prioritize a range of responsibilities and adapt as business problems change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate optimally, both in written form and verbally
- Strong presence and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with focus on results
- Plan, develop and implement an audit program to adequately identify and assess risks in AO Business Office
- Provide analysis and explanation to station leadership, senior leadership, and the Finance
- Provide leadership to the direct reports to ensure accomplishment of goals set by the management team
- Must be willing and able to travel at least 50% domestic and international
- Must be willing and able to work a hybrid work schedule
- Must be willing and able to work at the Arlington Heights facility in Arlington Heights, IL
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related area of study
- 1+ year leadership experience
- 1+ years of experience in audit
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Hyperion Planning, Oracle Financials experience
The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $108,790.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
