This hybrid role -2 days in the office after ramping up 3-4 months in. Will support a wide range of administrative, technical, light industrial, engineering, and professional disciplines.Pay Rate:$33.41
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting needs across various disciplines, including administrative, accounting/finance, engineering, technical, manufacturing, leadership, and general professional roles.
- Review and qualify resumes, pre-screen candidates, and cultivate referrals.
- Utilize professional networks, associations, and job boards to identify qualified talent.
- Facilitate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Conduct hands-on recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and pipelining.
- Source candidates effectively using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and college recruiting tools.
- Conduct thorough phone, virtual, and onsite interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build strong relationships with leadership teams and serve as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, practices, and industry best practices.
- Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
- Manage and track candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., WorkDay), and utilize Outlook, Word, Excel for reporting and correspondence.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of high-performance staffing/talent acquisition experience, with a focus on candidate sourcing and recruitment.
- 2-5+ years of experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
- Aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, or similar industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internet search tools, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media platforms.
- Strong sourcing and recruiting skills with hands-on experience in candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and process management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences is a plus (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
