Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a
Regional Managing Director to lead the account director team for Latin America and Caribbean regions. The location preference is
Miami, FL. and will also consider
Seattle, WA. location.
Primary responsibilities include Leading Account Directors in the planning and development of strategic sales and marketing campaigns to sell across all portfolios and services. Developing and implementing integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures while guiding the creation of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives. Securing resources for organizational initiatives, providing technical oversight of suppliers, and spearheading process improvements. Building and nurturing relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Overseeing and approving technical approaches, products, and processes. Managing, developing, and motivating employees in-order-to drive business results.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops sales strategies and business plans for key products and services.
- Develops positive customer relationships at the airline executive level.
- Leads the development and achievement of Business Unit sales targets.
- Provide leadership and coaching to BGS Account Directors; lead team toward achievement of LRBP sales goal.
- Act as key collaborate with leaders on customer accounts in the region. Collaborate with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)& Boeing Global Services (BGS) Business Unit Leadership teams, Business Development Leadership, Boeing International and Airplane Sales Regional Leadership.
- Establish specific strategies for key customers and for the region, find opportunities, required resources and executive involvement plan.
- Understand, shape and lead Sales priorities and activities to meet organizational goals.
- Responsible to lead the Account Director team in customer account management activities.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Significant experience in Commercial Sales and international work.
- Experience working with senior and executive management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience using critical business and financial acuity in order to influence and shape sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with collaborators and partnerships across functions.
- Experience with executive talk to airline customer organizations at the senior executive level.
- Able to establish specific strategies for key customers and for the region, find opportunities, required resources and executive involvement plan.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and Marketing
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in an airline customer facing role.
- Strong Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead regional sales team to achieve sales success.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members, and the extended Sales and Marketing team
- Extensive knowledge of the customer base and business environment in the region.
- Ability to develop strong customer relations across the world. Able to independently develop and execute an integrated BGS Sales strategy.
- Previous experience developing and implementing integrated Services Sales strategies.
- Deep industry expertise, network of business relationships, sales experience and exceptional sales track record.

Summary pay range: 191,250 – 258,750
