Lounge Assistant Wanted
About Us: Menzies Aviation Copenhagen's Eventyr Lounge, opened in 2017, offers high standards, bright rooms, and a panoramic view. We aim to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Job Details:
- Part-time: Minimum 60 hours over 4 weeks, with potential for more.
- Shifts: Mostly afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Create a first-class lounge atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Interact with guests and assess their needs.
- Check guest identification.
- Handle and prepare food and beverages.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
- Replenish supplies.
- Clear and clean tables.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Use of a dishwashing machine
Requirements:
- Empathetic, team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in high-standard service (restaurant or retail preferred).
- Calm under pressure.
- Must be able to successfully complete a expanded background check.
- Basic IT skills.
- Flexible, stable, and punctual.
