We are now looking for an experienced BRAND MANAGER to support Finnair Group’s overall strategy and commercial objectives by implementing the brand strategy by building impactful Brand partnerships, brand actions, managing brand productions and the development of Finnair’s overall brand experience. Main responsibilities: Ownership, management and proactive development of brand partnerships to build a distinctive brand & customer experience across customer-facing touchpoints. Management of large, cross-functional brand projects, coordinating the work of both internal and external stakeholders. Supporting internal stakeholders and external partners in brand management related issues and projects. Actively managing and developing brand assets, ensuring asset quality & efficiency in all processes. Planning and production of varying brand level marketing activations on a global scale. Leading the creative work of inhouse teams and external agency partners. Accurate and diligent budget management and control over given responsibilities according to commercial procurement guidelines. Systematic follow up and reporting of activities. Reach set KPI’s. Independently progress additional projects related to Finnair commercial group's brand & CX development. Our expectations: 5+ years of experience in brand / marketing / project management. Experience of brand partnership management and large cross-organisational projects is essential. Excellent understanding of brand experience development and a strong commercial mindset. Great team player with outstanding communication and project management skills in a demanding and fast-paced international working environment. Ability to collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders in matrix. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. Excellence in numbers. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce or marketing.
