We are now looking for an IT INTEGRATION MANAGER to work on our Integration Platforms in Vantaa, Finland. Working as an IT Integration Manager, your job is to develop our file transfer and event-based integration platforms that are used for the automation of our operations and financial data handling. Your work will help to automate Finnair’s flight and financial operations by reducing the amount of manual work in the office and in the air. You will learn the different stages of our operations and finance, and you will use your technical expertise and work together with the operations and financial teams to make these different stages more efficient. In our team, you get to: Do meaningful work in an interesting field managing integration platforms for our important operational and financial integrations. Work with a large variety of both modern and established platforms, including AWS, Boomi, and IBM MQ. Lead a small team of technical consultants. Collaborate in an international team with talented, motivated people from around the world: we encourage working together and helping each other out, developing our ways of working and giving feedback in a positive manner. From you, we wish: Solid experience in integration development. Experience in technical leadership of a development team. Experience in development and change management of integration platform architecture and infrastructure. Previous experience at least in some of our stack (Platforms: Boomi, IBM MQ/ACE, RHEL9, AWS and Technologies: SFTP, Groovy, Javascript, SQL) Interest towards airline industry. Excellent communication skills and positive mindset to work in a social, friendly and international team. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Bachelor's degree from a relevant field.
