Job Purpose
Develop the Revenue Management ecosystem based on the vision of leadership, gathering the knowledge and authority to define the details and implement Transformation projects with the objective of maximizing revenue.
Main Accountabilities
- Manage requests to VY Tech and their implementation efficiently.
- Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Act as the focal point for all communication between VY Tech and Revenue and represents the voice of RM leadership when they are absent.
- Attend sprint planning sessions with VY Tech, setting priorities and monitoring progress based on business need.
- Gather technical business requirements to best define the scope and details of a a project or product to be delivered by VY Tech.
- Support cross-functional projects with VY Tech depending on resource availability.
- Identifies any risks or delays to current projects and trying to solve them to the best ability, and escalates issues as they arise to Revenue leadership.
- Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
- Perform pre-QA validations using Python and SQL (data profiling, integrity checks, regression/consistency tests, automated validation scripts).
Main Relationships
- Data and IT, Commercial, Customer, Ancillaries, Sales and Transformation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive project or product management experience.
