Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically sound Senior AME for our Maintenance Control Center (MCC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time decision-making and technical troubleshooting to ensure aircraft airworthiness and minimal operational disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor aircraft health and coordinate troubleshooting with line maintenance.
- Provide technical support during AOG and irregular operations.
- Coordinate with planning and engineering for defect rectification.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate defect tracking and escalation.
Requirements
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with MCC exposure.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
