Job Profile: Associate – Engineering Procurement
Location: Gurugram
Job Purpose
Oversees procurement of technical equipment and engineering materials. Ensures cost efficiency, timely delivery, and supplier performance while supporting project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and risk mitigation.
- Create procurement schedules, monitor delivery, and ensure compliance.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation (POs, contracts, invoices).
- Collaborate with project teams to align procurement with project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years in procurement/project management; 4+ years preferred.
- Familiarity with procurement software, ERP, and regulatory compliance.
