Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor engine health and performance.
- Manage engine shop visits and liaise with OEMs/MROs.
- Analyze engine-related incidents and recommend actions.
- Develop cost-effective powerplant maintenance strategies.
- Maintain engine records and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–10 years of experience in power plant engineering or reliability.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with engine types such as CFM, LEAP, PW, and GE.
