Job Title : Manager – Procurement
Scope Of Work : Responsible for purchasing aircraft spares, buyer-furnished equipment (BFE), tools, consumables, and modification/retrofit materials. Ensures optimum cost, timely delivery, and adherence to reliability standards while driving procurement strategy.
Responsibilities :-
- Source, purchase, and manage assigned categories, including BFE and retrofit items.
- Authorize purchase orders within financial limits and seek approvals for higher values.
- Monitor overdue orders, backlogs, vendor performance, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with contracts and vendor teams for price, lead-time reviews, and disputes.
- Oversee invoice clearance and store discrepancy resolution.
- Analyze supply chain data, recommend process improvements, and support system enhancements.
- Manage team workload, performance, and development.
Educational Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience :-
- 6–7 years in procurement/supply chain; 10+ years preferred.
- Experience with aircraft spares purchasing or in maintenance/repair/logistics is desirable.
