Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead design & strategy for branded food and olfactory experiences.
- Develop strategic roadmap aligned with brand and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Curate offerings based on global and regional passenger preferences.
- Launch new branded food and scent-based products.
- Collaborate with partners, suppliers, and internal teams for quality.
- Create product briefs and user stories with clear success metrics.
- Present and defend concepts to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate updates through concise reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with Procurement, CX, Marketing, and Operations for execution.
- Track performance using data, feedback, and operational metrics.
- Recommend product enhancements aligned with insights and feasibility.
- Maintain records of supplier evaluations, RFPs, and product trials.
- Manage cross-functional Agile projects for timely execution.
- Provide feedback and direction to vendors and procurement teams.
- Support preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Hospitality, Sensory Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–9 years of experience in consumer-focused product and service development.
- Minimum 5 years in product innovation, preferably in hospitality, aviation, or luxury services.
- Experience with branded food products and/or olfactory design highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of sensory design, usability, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
