JSG is hiring a Cleanroom Inventory Technician for our client in Cypress, CA. MUST be a US Citizen. Pay rate: $21-$23 DOEJob Duties:
- Work under a microscope at times
- Checking small parts
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the planning, receiving, storing, maintaining and issuing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment in the Stockroom.
- Reviews goods received against purchase orders from Inspection for accuracy
- Maintains records of received goods and adds to Stock
- Oversees Parts handling - IAW established procedure (i.e. ESD and FOD), including:
- Lot Traceability of records, parts, drawings, and travelers.
- Record Retention
- Part Retention
- Age-Dated Materials
- Communicates any discrepancies and nonconforming materials received to all involved departments
- Prepares and maintains records of merchandise as organized in the Stockroom for easy retrieval
- Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory prior to issuing to production
- Ensures the timely ordering of inventory for re-stocking prior to depletion of materials
- Prepares, maintains records and enters appropriate transaction of scrapped merchandise in ERP
- Performs regular cycle count in coordination with Finance
- Provides Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) parts support
- Maintains parts lists. Ensures that radiation requirements are met and documented in part drawings
- Works technical issues for complex procurements for EEE parts, including dispositioning test failures, and date review
- Ensures that drawings approved for EEE parts are developed in accordance with program requirements
- Reviews datapacks for incoming parts
- This individual has the responsibility and authority to perform assigned tasks
