DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Transport Operative on night shift to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.
✅WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will;
- Contact customers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions
- Daily brief and de-brief of drivers
- Produce accurate daily and weekly KPI's ensuring they are distributed on time
- Dealing with call from drivers while liasing with the warehouse team
