Designation - Associate Director – Resource Planning, AO&CS
Location- Gurgaon
The Position is responsible for overseeing the resource management for airport operations and agile workforce ensuring hassle free operations and maintaining cost control.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 10 years job related experience in Airline Operations Managing Workflow (WFM), Resources Planning for an Organization.
- Relevant Experience in Forecasting, Planning, Capacity Planning, Roster Management, Realtime Operations and MIS Management.
- Strong project management skills with track record of delivering results. Excellence in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Skills – Organizational and Leadership Skills Problem Solving/Analytical/Reasoning Ability, Communication Skills, Hands on experience in Manpower Planning & Roster Management for 15,000+ FTE for 7+ Years.
- 5+ Years’ experience in managerial capacity in Manpower Planning & Rostering function
- Must have excellent customer/stakeholder relationship management skills
- Has to take independent decisions and manage demanding customers
- Must be a matured individual capable to work under high pressure in a 24X7 operational environment
- Should be able to convince/influence stakeholders and willing to engage in proactive communication and problem resolution, need strong negotiation & influencing skills
- Strong analytical background and very savvy with numbers-MANDATORY Strong Project management skills
- Advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Power Point and BI tools.
- Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of organization.

Work Experience
- Manage relationship with Airport manager& vertical heads to ensure prompt services are provided within KPI parameters while simultaneously ensuring customer (airport manager/vertical head) satisfaction.
- Maintain contact with Airport managers and their teams to understand resource requirements due to operational realities, assess operational impact and provide resource within overall KPI parameters. Needs analytical abilities and strong negotiation & influencing skills.
- Adhere to manpower budget.
- Monitor INFORM system performance network wide, take proactive and reactive measures to ensure mandated uptime
- Work with INFORM team for all types of defects, downtimes, transactional issues and ensure resolution within agreed time, supported by functional managers.
- Responsible as single point of contact for contract management with INFORM and ensure all contractual terms are adhered to.
- Manage all data for transactional sources and prepare effective reports.
- Responsible for all effectiveness and efficiency related reporting from INFORM and working with stakeholders to improve performance.
- Develop Strategy: Establish and implement the long-term resource planning strategy and processes across the department.
- Capacity Planning: Oversee and direct resource capacity planning models to align future resource demand.
- Demand Forecasting: Forecasting of future resource needs, including identifying skill gaps, potential overloads, and periods of under-utilization.
- Lead and mentor the Resource Planning team and collaborate closely with leadership and department heads.
- Analyze historical data, data trends, and current requirements to accurately predict future resource needs. Present analytical findings to senior management and stakeholders.
