Role Summary
Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational disruptions and ensuring seamless passenger handling through effective coordination and system expertise. This role demands strong analytical skills, system proficiency, and the ability to work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage irregular operations including flight delays, cancellations, and other disruptions.
- Use the Sky Schedule system to identify impacted passengers and determine appropriate re-accommodation options.
- Collaborate with NP/OCC teams to assess operational impact and implement schedule changes.
- Communicate schedule updates to all relevant stakeholders via email.
- Efficiently interpret TTY messages to support operational clarity.
- Identify and promptly resolve real-time issues within the New Skies system.
- Maintain readiness to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
Desired Qualities
- Strong understanding of SkySpeed and other airline reservation systems
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of E-tickets and handling reject messages
- Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 operational setup
Education
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in a relevant field
