Senior Analyst – Revenue Planning & Analytics
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience: At least 2 years in Analytics/Data Science
About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Planning & Analysis team. This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to optimize pricing, inventory, and revenue performance. You will work on predictive modeling, algorithm development, and strategic insights for our in-house Revenue Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using statistical models, optimization techniques, and machine learning to uncover trends and insights related to pricing, demand, and revenue.
- Develop and implement predictive models for demand forecasting at leg and OD level, inventory optimization, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and enhance in-house revenue management system algorithms, UI components, and database structures.
- Perform trend analysis across products, routes, and time horizons to support strategic decisions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as Revenue Growth, Load Factor, RASK, and target allocations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques (predictive modeling, optimization, clustering, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery for data storage and computation.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Good understanding of statistical concepts, economics, and Airline Revenue Management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Power BI for visualization.
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and automation.
- Working knowledge of R programming language.
- Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
