We are looking for a Facility Coordinator for one of our main clients in Switzerland for a temporary project
Tasks
Serve as a reliable, solutions-oriented contact for employees, operational teams, and stakeholders.
Address day-to-day requests related to facility usage, access, workspace setup, and operational support areas.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across offices, hangars, workshops, and shared areas.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of facility issues
Monitor facility conditions to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Supervise external suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, safety rules, and prevention plans
Communicate operational updates, facility notices, access changes, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Requirements
Completed vocational diploma, relevant degree, or at least 2 years of experience in a facility management role
Initial experience supervising facility-related tasks or working in hospitality management is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and AutoCAD is an advantage.
Professional experience in facility services, operations, or aviation/industrial environments
Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English (B2 level) and French (B1 level); German is a plus.
Demonstrates autonomy and self-motivation, with a strong ability to work effectively within a team in a dynamic environment.
Proven ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
