Job Purpose
Responsible for creating visually engaging designs and videos that communicate the brand message across media. Execute design concepts and video content aligned with the company’s marketing strategies.
Key Accountabilities
- Interpret design briefs and create required graphics and video content.
- Develop and revise design layouts using best practices in visual storytelling.
- Manage and lead shoots for in-house film production.
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Leads, and team members to maintain cohesive design language.
- Provide technical expertise in design and video editing for social and traditional media.
- Stay updated with new software and technologies.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and edits.
- Test and adapt graphics and videos across formats to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay updated with design and production trends to ensure innovative creative output.
- Assist in developing communication strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned as part of regular or project-based work.
Skills/Qualities Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, video production techniques, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality visual content.
Educational And Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Production, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of visual design and video editing experience.
- Desired 9–11 years of experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of experience design, brand development, and creative processes.
