Summary:
To support the Examinations Manager in implementing an effective examination service at sites listed in the LRTT Ltd approvals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.
When required, to provide support to the Examination Manager for the following:
Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of examinations
Preparing and distributing examination materials securely
Ensuring compliance with examination regulations and internal processes
Marking approved examinations that do not require analysis.
Liaising with relevant staff to confirm examination requirements
Maintaining accurate records of pre -and post-examination activities
Supporting the training and onboarding of Invigilators
Invigilating and observing examinations as required across all LRTT Ltd approved sites (including some travel and overnight stays)
Providing general administrative support to the Examination Manager
Qualifications:
Essential:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong general IT skills
Functional Skills in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable:
Prior experience in exam administration
Familiarity with regulatory bodies
