Job Summary
Responsible for delivering customer-focused SAP support and solution leadership for Material Management (MM), Procurement to Pay (P2P), ARIBA, and related modules. Ensures application availability, reliability, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements; perform fit/gap analysis for MM, P2P, VIM, ARIBA, and integrations.
- Lead requirement gathering, solutioning, architecture, design, build, deployment, and support for SAP S/4 HANA MM, P2P, VIM, ARIBA.
- Support and enhance S4 HANA MM, ARIBA, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Sourcing, Commerce Automation, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Vendor Invoice Management.
- Guide service delivery teams to ensure business continuity and optimal solution utilization.
- Act as the first point of contact for finance-related SAP work, new projects, enhancements, and escalations.
- Ensure SDLC compliance in support, enhancements, and project execution.
- Collaborate with suppliers, development, infrastructure, database, network, and third-party teams.
- Establish standards for documentation, solution maintenance, support models, and project execution.
- Support change management, test management, user training, and SOP documentation.
- Provide dashboards and key information on service levels, support activities, project execution, risks, and compliance.
- Manage SAP licensing, access rights, authorizations, and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.

Experience
- 8+ years in SAP and ARIBA configuration, build, and testing
- 3+ SAP HANA/ARIBA implementations
- India localization (GST, Ind-AS)
- Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (RTR), cross-module integration (e.g., FICO)
- SAP best practices for MM and ARIBA; audit and licensing management
- Experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- Experience with collaborative supply chain and procurement materials management
- Exposure to Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Sourcing, Commerce Automation, Contract Lifecycle Management
- Proven ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
Education & Qualifications
- Primary: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline (preferred)
- Secondary: Equivalent degree with relevant SAP experience
Certifications/Licenses
- SAP MM/ARIBA certifications (preferred)
- Relevant project management or IT certifications (if applicable)
