We are currently seeking an experienced B2 Licensed Engineer with Boeing 747-8 type rating for a temporary contract in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled avionics maintenance on Boeing 747-8 aircraft
Troubleshoot, inspect, test, and rectify avionic systems and components
Certify work performed within the scope of B2 license privileges
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EASA Part-145, MOE, and applicable regulations
Accurately complete maintenance documentation and technical records
Work closely with engineering, planning, and quality teams
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping
Support AOG and line/base maintenance activities as required
Requirements
Valid EASA Part-66 B2 License
Boeing 747-8 type rating endorsed on the license
Recent and relevant experience on B747-8 aircraft
Strong knowledge of avionics systems, troubleshooting, and fault isolation
Familiarity with EASA regulations and Part-145 environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
Good level of English (spoken and written)
EU passport or right to work in Europe
