Job Description
As an
Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing effective administrative and secretarial support for the Executive Manager Cabin Crew and his leadership team. Your strengths will be in managing competing priorities, handling confidential information and maintaining positive working relationships. Day to day you will be managing calendars, emails, travel and expenses. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team that supports critical events and activities that may fall outside of business hours due to the 24/7 nature of our operations.
You’ll Have:
- Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic leadership team.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organisation.
