The Team
Join our Dutch HR team, partnering closely with the Head of HR and local operations management. We’re responsible for supporting and delivering the overall people strategy, ensuring our approach aligns with both country and operational plans.
The Role
> As HR Manager, you’ll deliver a people plan for your area, aligned with our wider People and Country strategies. You’ll work with headquarters to reflect functional priorities in the country HR plan and support local operational management to achieve both short- and long-term objectives.
> You’ll lead the employee relations agenda, including collective bargaining and legal case management, ensuring timely and effective consultation and engagement.
> You’ll drive a high-performance culture, support succession and talent planning, and highlight learning and development needs. You’ll provide organisational development advice, develop engagement and recognition plans, and champion easyJet values and inclusive behaviours.
> You’ll deliver pragmatic support and guidance to line managers, keeping up to date with local legislation and ensuring our policies and documentation remain current.
What We’re Looking For
> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or related field.
> Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 1–3 years in an HR Manager role, ideally within a multinational or matrix organisation.
> Experience working with trade unions and strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.
> Proven ability to influence, build relationships, and deliver commercial value through HR interventions.
> Strong business awareness, decision-making ability, and internal customer focus.
> Excellent communication skills at all levels.
> Results-oriented approach, driving business performance from an HR platform.
> Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Amsterdam and will be 40 hours per week.
