Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage accurate records and files of aircraft technical manuals, engines, components, and manufacturer service bulletins.
- Administer technical publications from aviation regulatory authorities (e.g., Airworthiness Directives), ensuring revisions are properly maintained and distributed to the appropriate technical teams.
- Monitor key technical functions to uphold the highest standards of airworthiness by reviewing bi-weekly reports from authorities and disseminating them to engineering and fleet management teams for analysis and applicability to the Cebu Pacific fleet.
- Issue new revisions to all manual holders and maintain records of revision acknowledgements to ensure technical manuals remain updated.
- Oversee the issuance of in-house technical publications and prepare revision copies for distribution to offices and Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMOs).
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including AMO/MRO counterparts.
- Actively participate in Cebu Pacific’s Safety Management System (SMS) by ensuring compliance with safety and security laws, regulations, standards, and company policies, and by reporting accidents, incidents, and hazards.
- Support audit preparations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate modification review board meetings to determine programs for implementation and maintain records of all approved modification programs.
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of the Technical Publications Library and its contents.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in various software applications, including AMOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and others.
- Must have at least four (4) years of experience in Technical Publications or as a Technical Librarian.
- Must hold a degree in any aviation-related course.
- Prior experience with aviation technical manuals and service bulletins is an advantage.
- Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
