What’s The Role All About?
Supports the management, development, and implementation of PAL’s aircraft Maintenance Programs and related planning activities to ensure that all PAL-operated aircraft remain serviceable, reliable, and airworthy in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in aviation or related course
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be with aircraft maintenance planning experience
- Demonstrated ability to stay updated with industry trends and innovations to effectively fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities
Major Responsibility Areas
- Ensure consistent monitoring, scheduling, and compliance of all scheduled maintenance tasks in accordance with the approved Maintenance Program and applicable Engineering Publications
- Monitor aircraft maintenance forecasts to prevent overdue tasks and ensure full compliance with the Maintenance Program requirements
- Develop and issue work packages to support short-term, mid-term, and long-term maintenance planning requirements
- Support the development, review, and validation of proposed Maintenance Program changes based on manufacturer’s recommendations, reliability analysis, and in-service experience.
- Ensure proposed program changes are properly evaluated and endorsed prior to submission to the applicable Aviation Authority for approval, through the PAL Quality Department
