Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field
- Knowledgeable in IT concepts of IT Governance, Information Security, User Access and Lifecycle
- Familiar with IT RBAC (Role-based Access), and IT principles of least privilege and separation of duties
- Basic understanding of Risk Management & Vulnerability Management Principles
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Proactively seeks to learn and stay updated on new technologies
- Responsible, reliable, with high-level of integrity, and takes ownership of actions
What’s The Role All About?
The Systems Analyst (SA) plays a key role in implementing and monitoring information security controls and processes designed to manage information security risks. Their efforts aim to prevent or mitigate the impact of threats that could undermine the effectiveness of Information Systems in achieving business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring secure passenger service delivery. Additionally, the SA will oversee PAL's identity systems, including Active Directory and Identity and Access Management.
Major Responsibility Areas
• Maintains documentation related to IT Governance and Information Security
• Participate in IT Audit and provide requirements related to IT Risk Management
• Conducts IT security risk assessments, business impact analysis
Having experience and knowledge of the following is a big plus:
- Implementation and administration of workforce identity and access management
- Implementation and administration of Active Directory
- Implementation and administration of Data Leakage Prevention System
- Develop and maintain Information Security Policies and Standards
