Job Description: Executive – Ancillary Sales
We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive – Ancillary Products to support the development and enhancement of ancillary offerings. In this role, you will assist in gathering requirements, coordinating with teams, and helping bring new product ideas to life. You’ll play a key part in improving customer experience and supporting initiatives that add value to our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in shaping and communicating the product vision within the team and with partners.
- Support the development of product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Help translate product ideas into requirements and simple prototypes.
- Stay informed about airline ancillary services and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal teams (revenue, digital, IT, legal, airport operations) and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Contribute to evaluating existing products and suggesting improvements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support product launches.
- Monitor product performance metrics and share insights for improvements.
- Promote awareness and understanding of ancillary products within the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Industry Preference: Travel, Airline, or E-commerce.
- Experience: 0–3 years in product management or ancillary revenue.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Exposure to product management (experience with ancillary services is a plus).
- Understanding of product lifecycle and willingness to learn.
- Ability to support product and marketing strategies and communicate ideas clearly.
- Problem-solving mindset and readiness to take initiative.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Navitaire reservation systems (e.g., Skyspeed, APO) is an advantage.
