We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Research Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and business-oriented individual who understands how to lead advanced Voice of the Customer programs by transforming complex data into deep insights that support strategic decision-making, leveraging advanced analytical methodologies, statistical modeling, and specialized CX tools.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong academic foundation in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and research methodologies.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, customer analytics, market research, or Voice of the Customer initiatives.
- At least 3 years of direct experience working in Customer Experience (CX) or Voice of the Customer (VoC) environments.
- Proven experience in applied statistical analysis and data modeling to generate actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Hands-on experience designing, evolving, and scaling advanced VoC programs, including metrics definition, segmentations, analytical methodologies, and statistical models.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources to explain and predict customer behavior.
- Prior experience contributing to analytical roadmaps, engaging with senior stakeholders, and acting as a technical and analytical reference within the team.
- Experience providing informal mentorship or guidance to junior analysts is highly valued.
Skills to succeed:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience managing and querying databases.
- Experience using R and/or Python for statistical analysis and data modeling (highly desirable).
- Advanced capabilities in data visualization and executive reporting, using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Voice of the Customer platforms such as Qualtrics, Medallia, or equivalent solutions, including complex survey configurations, data flows, and integrations.
- Strong ability to translate complex analyses into clear, business-focused recommendations and insights.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset, technical leadership, high autonomy, and the ability to act as a trusted analytical partner and informal mentor.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to analyze data and present results effectively.
