Are you our new Customer Care Systems Specialist?
Join us in the Innovation & Systems team in the Customer Care department. At Innovation & Systems, we work closely with our end-users, external vendors, and Norwegians IT department to ensure that our Customer Care teams work in the most efficient way and get the most out of the systems that is used.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Providing system support and administration for Customer Care systems
- Participate in projects within Customer Care, across departments and with external vendors
- Gather feedback and requirements from end users and stakeholders and use it to improve and develop processes and guidelines
- Coordinate with Customer Care’s content specialist on compliance on content being published and/or updated in platforms under Customer Care’s responsibility.
You Are Our Ideal Candidate If
You have extensive knowledge of and experience working with customer care systems and digital customer care channels. You need to have a good understanding of the airline-specific customer journey.
You Have
- Excellent interpersonal and business engagement skills
- An autonomous, self-driven and structured work style
- A holistic approach to operational challenges with a solution oriented “can do” attitude
- Ability to make decisions and solve ad-hoc problems under pressure with a high workload
- Knowledge about products, rules, and regulations within the Norwegian Group
- Excellent computer skills:
- Office 365 and Sharepoint
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with for example:
- Zendesk or other ticketing systems
- Genesys or other contact center solutions
- Kindly or other chatbots
- Comarch or other loyalty management systems
- Amadeus or other GDS
