We are looking for a Senior Digital Transformation Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented individual who understands how to enable, orchestrate, and drive the definition, execution, and tracking of a Digital Transformation strategy, acting as a key strategic and operational partner to senior leadership. The position combines responsibilities similar to a Chief of Staff, a strategic PMO, and an analytical business partner, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, visibility into the impact of initiatives, disciplined execution, and value realization across a complex, cross-functional organization.
Educational requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is desirable
Experience:
• 7–10 years of professional experience, including strong background in Finance (FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering)
• Proven participation in strategic, cross-functional, or enterprise-wide initiatives
• Experience supporting senior executives through agenda prioritization, executive materials, analysis, and follow-up on strategic decisions
• Experience translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, work plans, and initiatives, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities
• Experience acting as a PMO or governance lead for complex, transversal initiatives, coordinating multiple stakeholders without direct reporting lines
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs focused on business impact, value creation, and benefits realization
• Experience building business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and financial models for investment evaluation
• Budget management and forecasting experience
• Desirable experience in Digital Transformation, Strategy, PMO, Consulting, or Corporate Development roles
• Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
Skills to succeed:
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis skills
• Solid project management capabilities (traditional and/or agile methodologies)
• Ability to structure and communicate clear, compelling narratives about economic and strategic value
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and execution discipline
• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-impact presentations
• Ability to translate technical or digital concepts into clear messages for non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of digital transformation concepts, automation, data & analytics, and digital processes (desirable)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, OKRs, and transformation frameworks (desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influence skills
