This role is responsible for seamless collaboration with Cross Functional Teams and Technicians to meet daily customer demand.
Job Title:
Associate Engineer - Production
Job responsibilities:
- Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to Technicians.
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
- Handle unionized work force.
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
- Setting productivity goals for the team.
- Seamlessly collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure On Time Delivery.
- Works with Material Lead to monitor the buffer build and inventory status on weekly basis.
- Works with Quality to ensure timely execution of FAI plan and regular updates. Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Assessing project and resource requirements.
- Achieve monthly production and Site level matrix.
Qualifications:
- Diploma 2 to 4 years of experience in production.
- BE with 1 to 2 years of experience in production.
