In this role, you’ll become part of the team that safeguards how we operate — ensuring our activities meet regulatory requirements while setting the bar for safety and operational excellence. You’ll learn side by side with seasoned professionals in Operations Compliance & Safety, contributing to audits, strengthening our Compliance Management System, and helping embed a strong safety culture across the organization.

How will it be to work with us?
Support and actively participate in Operations audits, including Authority audits, alongside senior team members.
Conduct internal audits and inspections within Operations Management, as well as external audits of VOLOTEA subcontractors.
Monitor competence and training records within the Compliance team.
Prepare Audit Reports, clearly identifying deviations, findings, and supporting evidence.
Follow up on corrective actions, ensuring they are implemented effectively and on time.
Collaborate in the preparation of the Annual Audit Plan.
Take part in the Corporate Management Evaluation (MANEV) process.
Support Compliance training sessions, contributing to materials and knowledge sharing.
Help keep Compliance manuals, procedures, and Information Notes accurate and up to date.

We enjoy being together and building things side by side, so we work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and up to 2 from home, a setup that requires being comfortable spending regular time in the office, as full remote is not available

What will make you succeed in this position:
A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field. Previous experience in an airline environment is a plus.
Curiosity about industry best practices and aviation regulations, with motivation to learn the EASA regulatory framework.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent English and Spanish.
A detail-oriented, methodical, and well-organized approach to work.
Willingness to travel across our European bases as the role evolves.
A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
High standards of personal integrity and professional ethics.
A genuine interest in aviation regulations, compliance monitoring, and structured operational processes.
