In this role, you’ll join the team responsible for ensuring our maintenance activities meet regulatory requirements and the highest safety standards. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals in CAMO, Part-145 Maintenance and Safety, supporting audits, safety investigations, and the continuous improvement of our Safety Management System.

How will it be to work with us?
• Support and participate in CAMO and Part-145 audits, including Authority audits, alongside senior team members.
• Help monitor competence and training records for Maintenance and Compliance staff.
• Contribute to the implementation and day-to-day use of the Safety Management System (SMS) in Maintenance.
• Take part in technical safety investigations and follow-up actions.
• Support Safety Action Groups and help prepare Safety Review Boards.
• Assist with SMS and compliance training sessions and materials.
• Help prepare Safety Bulletins, manuals and Safety Information Notes.
• Support the SACA program and follow up on findings.
• Contribute to updating CAMO, Maintenance, Safety and Compliance manuals and procedures.

What will make you succeed in this position:
• Technical or engineering background, qualification as an aircraft technician or maintenance engineer are also welcomed.
• First professional experience or hands-on exposure within aviation maintenance, safety, compliance or quality environments.
• Interest in aviation regulations, safety management systems and structured operational processes.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, with a methodical and organized way of working.
• Team-oriented mindset, curiosity, and motivation to learn in a regulated environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across our European bases as the role evolves.
