We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team.
As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for identifying,
attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to contribute to our organization’s success
Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels, including social media, and professional networks, to source
and identify potential candidates.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective
Job Descriptions.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate
selection.
- Create a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment
process.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment
strategies.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- High level of organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
