Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME).
- Proficient understanding of aircraft systems configuration management and aircraft maintenance.
- Proactive, collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with assertiveness.
- Mandatory advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Update internal databases with accurate employee information, managing contact details and employment forms.
- Take charge of the complete recruitment life cycle, attracting qualified candidates through strategic means such as job advertisements, recruiter outreach, and utilization of newsgroups and job sites.
- Source resumes for Aerospace/Defense recruitment roles, meticulously screening candidates to match job requirements.
- Coordinate with interview panels and candidates, ensuring seamless scheduling and conducting follow-ups.
- Manage salary negotiation and documentation for shortlisted candidates.
- Streamline the recruitment process and maintain a talent pool in alignment with organizational needs.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and proficiency in resume databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
