Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels.
- Collaborate with the content writing team to produce compelling and relevant content.
- Manage and grow the company’s YouTube channel and podcast presence.
- Engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, and foster a sense of community.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
- Coordinate with multiple clients and vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Be willing to work late nights as per client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience working in a digital marketing company.
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and vendors simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of content writing and creation, including YouTube and podcasts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram every day.
- Flexibility to work late nights as needed.
