Job Overview
Responsible to create insightful analysis on crew productivity, availability, and utilization by liaising with various stakeholders (like HR, FCT, NPD and CPD), to assist the Flight Operations management in robust decision making. This position shall report to the Acting Manager – Planning and Analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with various stakeholders for timely collection of data and measuring the information on targeted variables
- Tabulate & analyze crew productivity, availability, and utilization as part of the monthly dashboard
- Perform gap analysis (plan versus actual) and make insightful recommendations
- Identify & participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the department
- Assist with ad hoc tasks / projects / reports as required from time to time

- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient with numbers and statistical techniques
- Knowledge of working on MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power-point & Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment
