Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Unpaid HR Intern to join our team in Gurugram. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in HR and aviation and a strong desire to learn and contribute to various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities - Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and onboarding progress.
- HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
- Employee Relations:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with organizing internal events and activities.
- Address basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR team.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee records and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- General HR Support:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback on HR practices.
Qualifications - Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience:
- Previous internship or part-time work experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- An interest in the aviation industry is desirable.
